do not read first paragraph if u dont care about my french.
i'm getting bored of revision. maybe its just french. i got bored of french yesterday and switched to math and did just fine. :) i mean, i did revise. when i was doing french i was messing around a lot doodling and stuff and didnt get much done. but for now i know how to write verbs in
present, futur, passe compose, imparfait, plus que parfait('had done' - imperfect auxiliary + past tense verb) , subjonctif (take the 'ils' form of the verb as the stem and use the different endings: e, es, e, ions, iez, ent), and something else which i cant remmeber the name of... but its like... the future stem and imperfect endings, and the past tense form of that is when the auxiliary is written as that, and the verb is in passe compose. please let me get that right... i need to go check. ok. its called conditional, and conditional past. and i did get it right. :) its used when constructing a sentence which starts with 'si'. there are 3 types:
present... future
imparfait... conditional
plus que parfait... conditional past
i need to learn the irregular verbs... and VOCAB. my vocab is so limited... i dont know if i start learning them now itll be enough to understand stuff on friday, and to be able to write a good essay... i need a 6 in french. well i want a 6. i cant aim any higher than that i guess since i messed up my oral exam pretty badly. enough about french. -end-
tell u something quite silly. i was in the library yestereday right? and this guy next to me had chocolates... so i really wanted chocs too! so i decided to go out and get some.. cuz theres a 7-11 across the road. so i went out and got my chocolates... and when i came out of the shop- it started raining. really heavily. but i had to get back to the library! so well.. yeah., i sorta ran and got pretty wet.. and in the middle of running my slippers came off so i had to turn around and go get them again and it was all very embarassing... and i had to go back to my seat wet... o, and i was sitting on the inside of the room this time, as far as u could get from the door, so i had to walk through the whole room...
all of that for chocolates.
greaduation dinner preparation:
got my dress, and accesssories, and now.. i got my shoes! its nothing like what i had in mind initially... but after looking everywhere for something i want, i realised i need to be a bit more flexible. nonetheless i love the ones i got and i think its v cute. :) its not extremely high but ill be about 8cm taller. hahaha.
i think im going to be very white for graduation tho. not something i planned...
anyway. like azusa said, i think we're more prepared for graduation than we are for the exams...^^
ive been doing quite a bit of SUDOKU these few nights. its a bit sad.... anyway. guess what? isnt sudoku in a way a group? (math p3 stuff) its only missing an operation... i mean, k. if 1 is the identity, then 1 appears in every row and every column so every element has an inverse. so theres identity, an inverse, and its closed. well, without an operation, then thers no such thing as associativity is there? hahaha.
i need to get a life.

i am such a pig.
i came home early today after my final english p2 exam (YES!! NO MORE ENLGISH LIT FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE!!) and after returning all my bio, geog, and english books (so satisfying... well except for the bio books bit. that was a bit sad :( ) so by 11:15 or so i was home.. and i was hungry. so i made myself lunch.(2 sausages and 2 slices of bread with butter, toasted. not the healthiest) then i had chocolate (i was rumaging around the fridge forever trying to find some. mum suggested an apple instead, but i found them at last so instead of an apple, i had chocolate...) at around 12, i was sitting on the couch doing nothing, and i was very sleepy. so i decided to take a short nap- in my room. bad idea. cuz my bed is too comfy. :) so anyway. this 'short nap' turned out to be a 4 hours sleep. 4 hours. right after my not-so-healthy meal for lunch. so anyway. i woke up at 4. and i decided to do the dusting that my mum asked me to do at 12... and now i'm here. sort of in shock about what just happened. i really didnt plan to sleep so much. tomorrow i will wake up early. ah. how many times have i said that!??!

im going crazy!!
ive been home the entire day. i've done nothing. tried working on my bed, but ended up falling asleep. my study table is too messy to work on. bro currently having tuition in the back room. so im in my room. and ive done NOTHING. but u see... its english. its very.. subjective. but no reason why i shouldnt do at least a bit more revision. i got so much notes.. i went to revision sessions etc. so i should make use of them and maybe get my brain thinking about the plays and know them pretty well before tomorrow. i think if i do that tonight i wont be able to sleep at night again. but then if im not able to sleep i can blame that on excessive sleeping during the day too.
i think im blogging too much. but then thers nothing else to do. 1)piano 2) guitar 3) blog 4) revision. so... yeah. toomuch of 1 2 and 3. should do a bit more of 4. or i could go exercise. hahaha. yea right.

oh guess what.
i planned to go to the queenstown library today. took a bus down (bus ride was only about 3 mins. its 3 bus stops away) but to get to the lib i had to walk about 10 mins. well probbaly less if u walk really fast. anyway. so i got to the library and guess what? its closed! so i decided to go to a different library. since i was there, it was easy to get on an mrt and go to jurong or something. the jurong lib is nice. i could see the mrt line, but i didnt know where the nearest station was. i could have taken any bus that goes down that road (which runs parallel with the mrt line) and get off where the mrt station is. but i decided to walk instead. so i walked... and it was a pretty long walk! and yeah... when i finally got to the mrt station i realised: if one library wasnt open because today's a public holiday (because today's voting day...) then all the other libraries would be closed too! so instead of getting on a train, i crossed over to the other side of the road, and waited for a bus instead. the walk all together was about 30 mins long. i wanted to get a bus to go to Holland v instead. i had to wait 15 mins for the bus. but 196 came by 3 times! and 105, the bus that i waited 20 mins for before (after piano lessons) came by twice. well anyway. the bus finally came and i went to holland v to study instead. went to starbucks. since i havent been ther in a while... i was getting my drink when all of a sudden this voice spoke behind me "do you come here often?" so i turned and it was melissa! so anyway. i said hi and i said no i dont. and she was already going home since she was there the entire morning. and iw as just arriving. aah i felt so bad that she was there the entire morning. cuz this uh.. 'morning' i got up at 12.
anyway. in starbucks.. i was sitting on the sofa... reading my english stuff... then all of a sudden the sofa started vibrating! so i thought it was my phone and checked my phone and there was nothing going on. then my chair vibrated again! so i searched around for a phone of some sort and found one in the side of the sofa... its one of those thin motorola ones... so i answered it and the guy on the other side was like "Hi i left my phone somewhere.. where is my hpone??
hahaha. so anyway. i told him its in starbucks. and he asked if i could leave it with the staff so being such a nice person, i did. :) oh and when the staff came to clear up the table and i passed the phone to her, she said "you're so nice!" haha.
so anyway. at the end of the day i did get work done (read through 2 plays and took note of some quotes i should know) :)
i should stop now. its getting a bit long and boring.

oops.
mummy saw that post. thats okay. as long as pa hasn't...
she thinks i should delete it in case he finds his way here. but i doubt he would. plus i dont want to delete my post... theres no point having a blog if its all happy cheery i love everyone everytime. plus im no longer anoyed at him anyway.
my template sorted itself out. its no longer messed up. :) at least thats what it was like when i last saw it~
im getting a headache again. i dont know why... its not like it was super sunny or anything today.

So counting papers... ive done 8. i have 7 more to go.
counting exam seatings, ive done 7. 5 more to go. :)
This week has been extremely exhausting. I guess so far the worst paper ive done is my bio paper 2 yesterday. about an hour into an exam i got myself a really bad headache. plus i couldnt answer an entire section (they gave us this electron microscope photograph and made us lable to what they're pointing to. and it wasnt a normal cell it was osmething like... pancreatic islet something....) so anyway. i felt like puking halfway through probably cause of a combination of lack of sleep, extreme headache and frustration for not knowing much in the whole section. anyway. i sorta whizzed through the rest of the paper and tried to close my eyes to stop the friggin pain. um yea. so that was my bio paper. didnt go so well. Today's bio paper was SO much better! i love the questions :) just as i loved the first question(only the first.. and sort of the second. but nothing else!) from geography(about drainage basins...) so overall, i can probably kiss a 7 goodbye, but i guess 6 isnt too bad...
Math was a lot better. i guess all that hours and hours of revision really paid off. if i got everything i did right on p1 i might make it over 75% :) compared to the failing grade i was getting during the mocks, thats very good. oh, and i might also pass paper 2. haha. pass....
english was good too. i liked the poem and the prose they gave. i did the poem. it was all good. i think i wrote a lot more than my usual english papers. (i cant really tell cuz they give us official exam paper to write on with very large spaces between lines... )
its so strange to think i'll never do geography ever again. i mean, ifi really go on and do pharmacy (which i most probabaly wil cuz if not i have NO CLUE what else id be doing) then i would never have to worry about geography! bio.. i guess i will be doing a bit of bio. :) i'll miss bio class tho. i like bio. :) in a strange way, i actually enjoyed my bio revision last night. The 2 option units were pretty straight forward stuff. sort of just need to memorise lots. haha. but its satisfying to be able to describe entire processes of things that go on the body from the top of your head! after effective revision that is. so i was glad that the revision paid off and p3 was good. :)
After paper 3 bio this morning i went to jurong point with swati and dom for lunch and a movie. i havent been to the movies for a very long time. i think. i dont remember the last movie i watched. anyway. today we wtached MI:3. it was good. i think i deserve a little break after this week. :) dont worry tho i will resume revision mode tomorrow. might drag myself out of bed early and head to the library.
so anyway. now im home and i feel like sleeping. its already 6. i could sleep til 8? :)
